Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n) with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals. This Health Center is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FCTA) deemed facility for both staff and volunteer providers; legal liability of the health care practitioner is limited pursuant to the Public Health Service (section 224(q)(1)(D)).
