A Healthier Northeast capital campaign represents our most innovative service expansion to date.
Scheduled to open in 2028, the new health center finds its place integrated into the revitalized Historic Northeast Lofts community district at Independence and Hardesty. Not only will existing patients experience an immediate upgrade, but the on-site residents will be less than a five-minute walk to a medical health home.
As a resource for the entire community, the move more than doubles our primary care capacity and introduces dental, behavioral health, and pharmaceutical services to our current patients.
