Behind the Mask: Courtney L., Clinical Services Manager
As KC CARE navigates our changing healthcare landscape during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have never been more grateful to have exceptional teams on our staff. In today’s staff feature, we’re highlighting Courtney L., Clinical Services Manager.
With just about anything going on at KC CARE – both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic – Courtney has contributed in a meaningful way. She has been integral to keeping KC CARE’s electronic health record working for us and has continued to provide leadership in this way during the COVID-19 as we adapt our processes to keep patients and staff safe. Courtney has been an important person as we scale telehealth services and launch the respiratory clinic. She’s also assisted with maintaining stocks of personal protective equipment (PPE) and with coordinating providers and staff on day-to-day clinic functions. Through it all, Courtney’s keeps a smile and positive attitude – which doesn’t go unnoticed by her coworkers and our patients!
