Advancing a Healthy KC

Midtown Medical Campus

For more than 20 years, our Midtown location at 3515 Broadway has been an anchor in the community. KC CARE patients know and trust the care they will receive when they visit for primary care, behavioral health, or one of our many supporting services. Now, we are renovating and expanding to create our first truly comprehensive medical home.

Capital improvements include:

• The four-story renovation of the current Midtown location, equipping the top floor with efficient administrative space for patient-facing staff and redesigning the three floors below with updated resources for patients.
• The addition of oral healthcare services, including 10 new dental chairs
• The introduction of radiology services such as mammograms, x-rays, and sonograms.
• This growth is made possible because KC CARE has moved select services right next door to 3501 Broadway.
  • In their new home, our behavioral health providers have gained increased spaces for therapy and psychiatric care.
  • The pharmacy, too, has gained square footage for growth and patient accessibility.
• The aesthetic value of exterior enhancements such as fresh paint and prominent, illuminated signage.
• The increase of vital patient and staff parking, resulting in 30 new parking spaces.

We are committed to our neighborhood and the people who live, work, and visit Midtown. These critical additions will reduce wait times and increase patient visits, allowing us to serve more than 20,000 individuals through more than 75,000 visits. Ultimately, these capital improvements will effectively increase KC CARE’s impact in Kansas City by 30%.

A newly established endowment will strengthen long-term financial sustainability. Funds raised above the campaign costs will be invested into the endowment. Maybe the time is right for you to consider a legacy gift to KC CARE?
