Check in for your appointment on your own device before you arrive
KC CARE Health Center is excited to begin offering check-in on your mobile device at all our locations.
KC CARE’s electronic system will send you text message or email reminders about upcoming appointments, allowing you to confirm your visit and check-in before you arrive. You can also check in for appointments using a tablet on-site at KC CARE, which allows you to update your information, electronically sign forms, and privately pay your balance from the comfort of your seat in the waiting room.
For telehealth appointments, you may check in before your visit from home using your own electronic device.
To take full advantage of these options, please make sure your most current email and phone number are on file with KC CARE.
