Are there any particular points of interest, beyond the scope of services, KC CARE who like the brokers to address?

No, the scope covers it.

What does KC CARE see as the greatest challenge facing their employee benefits program?

KC CARE would like a partner to work with us to reduce benefit costs for employees and provide exceptional benefits.

Who are the brokers participating in the RFP that associates of KC CARE have worked with at a pervious company (not including current incumbents)?

NA – this information is not relevant as the RFP is open to any and all respondents who would like to participate.
